Emily Noe-
Physical Therapist
Before becoming a physical therapist, Dr. Noe performed professionally as a contemporary ballet dancer in NYC and Miami. After receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she completed 2 years of Residency and Fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute. Emily has worked with San Francisco Ballet, and is currently the strength and conditioning coach for ODC Dance Company.
Since 2014 Dr. Noe has traded her ballet shoes for rock climbing shoes. She has developed a passion for the sport and specializes in treating climbing injuries. Emily has extensive experience treating climbing related finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and lower extremity injuries. She is trained in Diagnostic Ultrasound imaging, which she uses to enhance clinical testing and treatment of various finger injuries.

Seth Gourson- Coach
Seth is a USAC-certified climbing coach who has helped climbers of all levels improve their fitness and unlock new grades through personalized training plans and technique refinement. His program helps climbers get the most out of their available training time by identifying their greatest opportunities for improvement and structuring their sessions to capitalize on them.
Seth's mobile app, Upwise, makes it easy for clients to follow their scheduled training and track results, allowing them to focus on what matters: showing up and having fun.
With more than 16 years of climbing experience and a background in exercise science and psychology, Seth is passionate about helping climbers fulfill their potential. He views progress less as an end and more as a means for self-fulfillment and confidence, which add to the inherent joy of playing around on rocks.
